Q: How do I know which day I should attend?
Online Marketing Boot Camp 2008 is designed as an action packed 4-day event. The curriculum is meant to complement and build upon each prior day, so entire event is relevant and highly encouraged. Day One, Online Strategy and Thought Leadership Keynotes, is offered independently as well, for those who would like to come experience industry superstars

Q: Can I attend only the morning or afternoon class?
No, each seminar is only offered as a full-day session. There will be no pro-rated fees for half-day attendees.
Q: I attended Online Marketing Boot Camp before - will I benefit from attending again?
Absolutely! The internet is evolving at an exponentially rapid rate as time goes on. New topics and innovations have been added to the program to ensure you are up to date on the latest and hottest trends. In addition, the most current, exciting and innovative instructors, topics, class formats, curriculum, and evening networking events that this year's Boot Camp has to offer are not to be missed. We assure that you'll learn something new every time!
Q: When is the registration deadline?
Register before 5 PM EDT on May 30th, 2008 to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount! While there is no set registration deadline, we encourage you to sign up early as seating is very limited.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. There will be no refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice, or no-shows. When canceling, please provide written notification via email, including attendee name, to
ombootcamp@epikone.com. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Should Epik cancel the event due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified by email and refunded your full registration fee.

Q: May I sign-up multiple people? May I pay for them on the same credit card?
Of course! You are welcome to bring as many colleagues as you would like to each seminar, and may pay for them independently or separately, but we must receive individual names and contact information for each registrant in advance. We can assist you in processing numerous entries on one credit card - please email
ombootcamp@epikone.com or call 877.273.9921 for assistance.
Q: I am coming from Canada — do you accept payment in Canadian dollars?
All seminar fees are quoted in US dollars. While our payment processor will accept Canadian credit cards, you will be charged the seminar fee in US dollars.
Q: What will happen after I register?
You will receive two emails: one from credit card processor Authorize.net, and one from EpikOne.com, which will serve as your registration confirmation and contain preliminary details about the event. As we get closer to the event, a second confirmation email will be sent by Epik as well, offering final details. Please bring at least one of these emails as proof of registration.
Q: Where can I stay?
Although attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation, a block of rooms and/or room special may be available. There are also numerous hotel options near the seminar facility. Please see the
Location page for further details.
Q: Should I bring a laptop?
You will not need a laptop for this event, as computers with seminar materials will be provided for your use in the afternoon tactical sessions. We cannot guarantee availability of power outlets or internet access throughout the seminar facility or local hotels.
Q: Will lunch be provided? How about a snack?
For full-package attendees, lunch at the IDX Student Center is included, as well as a light continental breakfast and a morning and afternoon beverage break on all days. Attendees booking only the 1-day Leadership Summit will enjoy the continental breakfast and breaks as well, and will have the option of purchasing lunch for $8 at the IDX Student Center. Alternatively, Leadership Summit registrants can take advantage of the numerous restaurant options on the Church Street Marketplace, a few blocks from the Champlain College campus.
Q: May I videotape or make an audio recording of the session?
Video and audio taping will not be allowed. Course materials may be provided for your future reference.

Q: Are any discounts available?
In partnership with the Vermont Training Program at the Department of Economic Development, Champlain College is offering a tuition reimbursement of $500 to qualifying Vermont individuals employed in information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, environmental technology, or advanced manufacturing upon successful completion of the full 4-day Online Marketing Boot Camp. Funds are available on a first come, first served basis. The process is as follows:
